Prakash Raj to remake Prasthanam in Tamil
Despite the showering praises from the critics and audiences Prasthanam failed to recover its costs at the box office. Director Deva Katta attributes the commercial failure to the lack of proper planning and publicity. He also finds few plot holes that marred the commercial success of the film. He is now planning to make it up with the Tamil version of Prasthanam.
It is known that Prakash Raj is going to remake it under his Duet Films Banner. The ground work is being done at the moment. Nothing regarding the star cast or technical crew was finalized.
